Robert C. Pinckard, President and CEO, has been employed in
the Industrial and Heavy Commercial Construction industry for nearly 30 years. Beginning as a millwright, Mr. Pinckard
pursued work in the construction crafts throughout the United States until his graduation from the College of Engineering
of Arizona State University in 1984, with a B.S. in Construction. Immediately beginning his career in Project Management
and Estimating, he ultimately became General Manager of a prominent contracting firm before resigning in May of 1994 to help
form Allen & Pinckard Industrial Contractors, Inc.
Keith D. Allen, Chief Operations Officer and Charter Secretary,
has been employed in the industrial and commercial construction industries for more than thirty years. Born and raised
on a plantation on the West Indies Island of Barbados, Mr. Allen immigrated to the United States in the early 1970's.
Pursuing work within the heavy construction crafts, Mr. Allen was able to rise through the ranks, developing the operational
and management skills consistent with the highest levels of professionalism within the industry today.
Holly Dana, CFO and Office Manager, came to Allen & Pinckard in June
1995. After graduation with a B.S. from Arizona State University, majoring in Operations, Purchasing & Materials
Management, Holly obtained a position in a copper foil manufacturing plant as Purchasing Agent for Plant Maintenance.
She now oversees all administrative aspects of Allen & Pinckard including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Human
Resources, and Payroll.
Mary Dudley, Receptionist, Administration
Assistant, and Purchasing. Mary joined Allen & Pinckard in June 2005. Mary previously
worked for 23 years at Isola Laminates in their Purchasing Department and brings her experience and dedication to the team.
Thalassa Furhmann (Taz), Accounting,
recently joined Allen & Pinckard to assist in various tasks in the Accounting Department and oversees financial, tax,
and cash flow areas. She brings with her a Bachelors degree in Accounting from University of Phoenix, and 8 years experience
in the accounting field. She is also promoting a new Sales program for the manufacture and installation of Custom Doors,
Gates and Fences for both Commercial and Residential clients.
