Our crews of fabricators and erectors are routinely engaged in projects ranging from mezzanines and staircases to complex
primary structures. Our full service facility is set up to handle carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, inconel,
brass, copper; basically whatever type of metal and finish that your requirement demands, and is fully supported by state-of-the-art
CAD systems (AutoCAD and StruCAD), integrated purchasing and receiving systems, and demanding quality control systems and
techniques. Our Ironworker/Erector crews are comprised of some of the highest skilled individuals in the industry, utilizing
state-of-the-art equipment and methodologies to complete your projects safely, under budget, on time.
- Industrial Maintenance and Repair
Our background in industrial equipment includes a broad range of experience from such refined, highly controlled areas
as semiconductor clean rooms to such hostile environments as aluminum cast houses and copper smelters. We routinely
work with owners to supplement their maintenance staffs; our millwrights, mechanics, pipe fitters, pipe welders and electricians
working closely with in-house maintenance personnel to perform routing maintenance tasks or to support process shutdowns.
We can provide and support supplemental outage staffing, or complete turnkey services to support planned and emergency plant
shutdowns, maintenance turnarounds or plant relocations.
We specialize in challenging rigging problems; the very heavy and the very high, in difficult environments. Our long
experience in this field, in addition to our background in the industrial and heavy construction industries, provides us with
a unique blend of talents and expertise in heavy equipment rigging and placement. Utilizing air skates, mechanical rollers,
hydraulic gantries, multi-part cable lifts, forklifts, mobile cranes, and sometimes little more than sheer creativity, our
riggers and engineers can find a way to safely and efficiently relocate and precisely realign "The Immobile Object."
- Equipment Installation and Alignment
Obviously, one of our primary areas of operation involves rigging, setting, and providing the local electrical
and mechanical utility services and terminations to manufacturing process equipment. Utilizing state-of-the-art optical
alignment equipment, (and a great deal of in-house experience), we can also align your equipment to process required relative
tolerances of as little as one-half of one-thousandth of an inch. Our experience involves such equipment as bridge cranes,
aluminum extrusion presses, semiconductor plant platen presses, power rectifiers and low voltage high current aluminum and
copper buss systems, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, scrubbers, magnets, silicone crystal furnaces, concrete batch plants,
sawmills, feed and seed plants, injection molding machines, copper wire process machines, etc. We can receive and unload
a new piece of equipment, relocate an existing machine, or provide turnkey relocation of an entire manufacturing process
or plant. Contact us for your equipment installation, alignment, and or relocation needs.
Our workplace environments typically impose upon us a very active, and often potentially deadly variety of hazards.
As such, we maintain an unyielding commitment to safe work practice through regular safety training and certification, constant
attention to detail, low employee turnover, and tough company-wide safety standards (many of which often exceed O.S.H.A.'s
standards). The veracity of our safety program is best demonstrated by our Workers Compensation "mod factor" maintained
well below industry standards. In addition, we have incorporated an attitude of "zero tolerance" for drug use and alcoholism,
and test regularly to ensure and demonstrate compliance.
